New tax law offers estate and gift tax planning opportunities

When new tax laws are passed, they often create new tax planning opportunities. Such is the case with the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010 ("2010 Tax Relief Act") that was signed into law late last year.

A creative escape
