Marcus Theatres
Marus Theatres, a division of Milwaukee-based The Marcus Corp., has created a mobile app that allows moviegoers to purchase show tickets for Marcus Theatres with their smartphones. The free app can be downloaded on both Apple and Android devices. The app's graphical interface is designed to simplify and streamline the selection and purchase of movie tickets. With the app, smartphone users can search for movies or theater locations up to 25 miles away. Users can also search theaters by zip code or city and state and are able to see what is playing at each theater, watch movie trailers, access detailed movie information and buy tickets. Once purchased, tickets appear on a phone's screen that can then be scanned for theater admission.
