WISN-TV Channel 12 News recently won two regional Edward R. Murrow awards. The awards, sponsored annually by the Radio Television Digital News Association, highlight newsrooms' exceptional coverage of significant stories with multiple layers. WISN 12, a media partner of BizTimes Media, was honored with an award for overall excellence for its 2013 stories, including coverage of an eight-alarm fire in Burlington and a shooting at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa.
