Bon-Ton profits dip

The Bon-Ton Stores Inc., which has corporate headquarters in Milwaukee and York, Pa., today reported fourth quarter net income of $74.4 million, down 4.8 percent from $78.2 million in the previous fiscal fourth quarter.

Kohl’s opens 9 more stores

Menomonee Falls-based Kohl’s Corp. today announced the grand openings of nine new stores today, creating approximately 950 jobs nationwide and bringing the company’s store count to 1,155 stores across 49 states.

Menomonee Falls-based Kohl’s Corp. today reported that its net income for its fiscal fourth quarter was down 16.9 percent compared with its previous fourth quarter and its net income for the entire 2012 fiscal year was down 15.5 percent.
