Members of the Wauwatosa Community Development Authority favor a mixed-use development proposed by Phelan Development and WiRED Properties for a vacant former fire station site at 1463 Underwood Ave. in the downtown village area.

Downtown office building to be sold at auction

A 48,886-square-foot office building located at 804 N. Milwaukee St. in downtown Milwaukee is scheduled to be sold at auction on Dec. 6 at www.auction.com , said Jack Jacobson of NAI MLG Commercial, who is representing the building owner.

Mt. Pleasant Sentry store to close

The Sentry Foods grocery store at 5740 Washington Ave. in Mt. Pleasant is expected to close in January. The store opened in 2007.

Outpost plans to open new store in Mequon
