New Berlin-based K.G. Stevens Inc., a fabricator and installer of countertops, recently purchased the former headquarters of The Boelter Companies, a 127,400-square-foot industrial facility at 11100 Silver Spring Road, Milwaukee, according to state records.

Children's Hospital of Wisconsin plans to move 475 employees and multiple divisions to 80,000 square feet of office space that it has leased at the Summit Place Office Complex at 6737 W. Washington St. in West Allis, city and hospital officials announced on Monday.
