Comfort Suites hotel in Milwaukee sold
Boca Raton, Fla.-based Waramaug LS Hotels LLC, a private investment group, announced today that it has acquired the 120-room Comfort Suites Park Place hotel located at 10831 W. Park Place on the far northwest side of Milwaukee.
