Franklin-based Shreedhar Hotels LLC recently purchased the 60-room Sleep Inn & Suites hotel, located just off of I-43 near Sheboygan, for $2.475 million, according to state records.

Software firm buys Shorewood office building for $2 million

An affiliate of Northwoods Software Development Inc. recently purchased the 50,000-square-foot office building that it occupies in Shorewood for $2 million, according to state records. The building was sold by an investors group that includes James T. Barry III, president of Cassidy Turley Barry.

WWBIC to move Milwaukee office to Schlitz Park

The Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corp. will move its Milwaukee office to the Schlitz Park office complex. WWBIC has signed a lease for 9,000 squasre feet of space in the River Center building at 1555 River Center Drive in the former Schlitz brewery complex just north of downtown Milwaukee.
