Metro Milwaukee home sales up 3.7% in October
Home sales in the metro Milwaukee area were up 3.7 percent in October, compared to October of 2013. There were 1,487 homes sold in October in the four-county area, compared to 1,434 sold in October of 2013, according to the latest report from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors.

Physicians Realty Trust posts third quarter loss
Milwaukee-based Physicians Realty Trust today reported a third quarter net loss of $2.3 million, or six cents lost per share, compared to a net loss of $1.4 million, or 10 cents lost per share, in the third quarter of 2013.

Sheboygan Sears store to close
The Sears store and Sears Auto Center at Memorial Mall in Sheboygan will close in February, a spokesman for the company said. The store has 31 employees.

Wal-Mart pays $5 million to buy former Sheboygan Menards store

An affiliate of Boston-based STAG Industrial Inc. recently purchased a 202,500-square-foot industrial building in Germantown, occupied by Rock-Tenn Co., from New York-based Icahn Enterprises L.P. for $9.3 million, according to state records.
PAK Technologies to add Calumet Road facility
Milwaukee-based PAK Technologies Inc. plans to acquire a 67,000-square-foot building at 6800 W. Calumet Road in Milwaukee.
