Staples warehouse in Oak Creek sold for $17 million

An affiliate of Plymouth Meeting, Pa.-based Exeter Property Group, a real estate investment management firm, recently purchased the 279,828-square-foot Staples Inc. distribution center in Oak Creek for $17 million, according to state records.

Uline to occupy another large Pleasant Prairie building

Updated design unveiled for The Couture

Updated design plans for The Couture, the proposed 44-story, $122 million luxury apartment tower planned for the site of the Downtown Transit Center at the lakefront, were unveiled today by Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett.

A 36,545-square-foot office building at 11400 W. Lake Park Dr., located on the far northwest side of Milwaukee, was sold recently for $3.5 million, according to state records.

Wisconsin Avenue Taco Bell to be re-built

Border Patrol Wisconsin Inc., a Taco Bell franchisee, plans to tear down the Taco Bell restaurant at 2210 W. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee, and will build a new one in its place. The existing 2,156-square-foot Taco Bell restaurant on the property was built in 1979.

Tim O’Brien Homes Inc., a semi-custom, single-family homebuilder with offices in Milwaukee and Madison, announced that every new home built by the company will now be solar ready.
