Aurora Health Care to expand HQ at The Tannery
Aurora Health Care will expand its presence at the Tannery Business Center Complex in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Aurora recently signed a lease for 11,750-square feet of space in the Trade Center building at 647 W. Virginia St., which is located southeast of its corporate headquarters building in the complex.

Hilmot Corp., a manufacturer and installer of conveyor systems, plans to move its operations from Waukesha to Milwaukee.
The company, currently located at W227 N764 Westmound Dr. in Waukesha, has 113 full-time employees and 15 part-time employees and plans to add about 30 jobs during the next two years.

Aurora plans $38 million conversion of Germantown building into clinic
Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Care announced that it plans to spend $38 million to convert its administrative office building at W180 N11070 River Lane in Germantown into a medical office building and outpatient surgery center.
