Milwaukee issues RFP for site near airport

The City of Milwaukee on Tuesday issued a request for proposals (RFP) seeking developers that want to purchase and develop a 24.6-acre property at 1701 E. College Ave., near General Mitchell International Airport.

Two hotels planned in Oak Creek near airport

Fond du Lac-based Wisco Hotel Group plans to develop a three-story, 122-room Fairfield Inn hotel and a three-story, 99-room Candlewood Suites hotel on 7.5 acres at 6440-66 S. 13th St., Oak Creek.

The Foss Group moves HQ to Milwaukee, adding more locations

Milwaukee-based The Foss Group LLC recently moved its corporate headquarters from Wauwatosa to Milwaukee, opened two other area offices and plans to open dozens of additional locations across the country.
