Zywave Inc., a Wauwatosa-based firm that develops software for insurance brokers and financial planners, is expanding again. The firm is increasing its office space at the Mayfair Woods building, located at 10700 W. Research Dr., from 35,673 square feet of 59,828 square feet of office space.
