First Business Financial Services Inc. reported third quarter net income of $3.6 million, or 91 cents per diluted common share, in the third quarter, compared with $2.6 million, or 99 cents per share, in the same period a year ago.

An entity formed by Greendale-based Custom Fabricating and Supplies, a supplier of masking products such as powder coating tape discs for industrial applications, recently purchased a 30,000-square-foot industrial building at 5500 W.
