Rexnord reports lower 4Q, full-year profits
Milwaukee-based Rexnord Corp. reported fiscal fourth quarter net income of $32.5 million, or 34 cents per share, down from $39.9 million, or 38 cents per share, in the fourth quarter of 2014.
Bon-Ton widens loss
The Bon-Ton Stores Inc., which has dual headquarters in Milwaukee and York, Pa., today reported a fiscal first quarter net loss of $34.1 million, or $1.74 per share, compared with a net loss of $31.5 million, or $1.63 per share, in the first quarter of 2014.
Facility consolidations ding Brady Corp.
Milwaukee-based Brady Corp. reported fiscal third quarter net income of $17.2 million, or 33 cents per share, down from $24.1 million, or 39 cents per share, in the third quarter of 2014.

Pewaukee-based Gustave A. Larson Co. has acquired Indianapolis-based Superior Distribution Inc. The transaction was completed Feb. 1.

Menomonee Falls-based ZBB Energy Corp. plans to change its name to EnSync Inc., according to a proxy statement filed on Wednesday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
