DTZ Barry changes names, drops national affiliation
Rather than change its name for a fourth time in five years, the Barry Company, a 95-year-old independently-owned commercial real estate company in downtown Milwaukee, is changing its name from “DTZ Barry” back to its original “Barry.”
Sikich to acquire division of Jannsen + Co.
The audit, accounting and tax practice of Pewaukee-based Jannsen + Co. will be acquired by Naperville, Ill.-based Sikich LLP, the companies have announced.
Milwaukee County and Bucks to announce completion of Park East land sale

The bottom three levels of a new downtown parking ramp will be paid through taxes on new nearby buildings, but the fourth level will be part of all Eau Claire residents’ property tax bills.

HOBART- Airport land certified ‘development-ready’
The Austin Straubel Commerce District is now home to the state's newest Certified in Wisconsin development-ready site. The 33.2-acre site designated by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation is immediately west of Austin Straubel International Airport in Hobart. It is the 15th certified site in the state of Wisconsin.
GREEN BAY- Nicolet, Baylake merger would form $2.2B bank
Baylake Bank and Nicolet National Bank are merging to become the fifth-largest Wisconsin-based bank in both assets and deposits.
MillerCoors names Hattersley CEO
The board of directors of MillerCoors LLC today named Gavin Hattersley chief executive officer effective immediately. Hattersley, 52, has served as interim CEO since July 1, following former CEO Tom Long's retirement on June 30.
