State gains in manufacturing employment
For the second consecutive year, industrial employment in Wisconsin posted a gain, according to the 2014 Wisconsin Manufacturers Register, an industrial directory published annually by Manufacturers' News Inc. (MNI) of Evanston, Ill. MNI reports Wisconsin gained 3,010 manufacturing jobs from July 2012 to July 2013, or about 1 percent.
