Medical College receives research grant for neurodegenerative disease
The Medical College of Wisconsin has received a three-year, $740,000 grant funding research on neurodegenerative disease.
The grant comes from the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) National Institute of Neurological Disorders and the research will investigate “how neurons clear toxic proteins involved in neurodegenerative disease,” MCW said in a press release.
