Who is your role model and why? "Mary Lyon, founder of my alma mater, Mount Holyoke. She was a courageous pioneer from the early 1800s who believed that women deserved a college education equivalent to that of men. She fought long and hard to establish the first liberal arts college for women, the oldest of the ‘Seven Sisters.’"
What is the most rewarding aspect of your work? "Coaching clients to help them understand their strengths and motivators, broaden their self-perspectives, and ultimately achieve career success, whether it be in a new or continuous role."
