The 6,000-square-foot house sits on a 1.2-acre lot, and its 16 total rooms includes five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, according to a listing on Zillow. Other features include 100 feet of lake frontage, a boat house by the water, large fire pit, a 3.5-car garage and a detached garage for boat storage.
The home also includes a finished basement with walk-out access, a fireplace, wet bar and walk-in closets.
It was constructed in 2010 and has an assessed value of $1.96 million, according to Waukesha County records.
The buyer, Spence IV LLC, lists a Chicago address. The buyer’s agent is Liam Caffrey, chief executive officer of insurance company Aon Affinity.
The house was purchased from previous owners, Michael and Sharon Hipp. Michael Hipp is president and secretary of Hexagon, an investment company with offices in Denver and Milwaukee.
