What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"Spring/summer/fall I run 30 miles a week, bike 40 miles, swim 2 miles. Winter workouts spin classes 3 times a week, weights 3 a week, run 20 miles."
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"Stress reduction, improved energy and focus. I have had wonderful opportunities to compete in the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, run the boston, Chicago, New york and Milwaukee marathons."
