Mr. Emory provides merger and acquisition advisory and business valuation services as the President of Emory & Co. He is the author of numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on merger and acquisition and business valuation topics. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and received an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a JD cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an AB from Stanford University with majors in Economics and History.
