More units proposed for senior apartment community in Milwaukee’s Harambee neighborhood

The Park Hill senior apartments in Milwaukee’s Harambee neighborhood could be expanded, according to plans filed with the city.

The independent senior-housing community is located at 535 W. Concordia Ave. A building-permit application indicates another 13 units could be added on the vacant lot immediately south, at 540 W. Ring St. That’s where a three-story, 38,873-square-foot building is planned.

Park Hill Apartments Associates LP owns the apartment development. Oshkosh-based ACC Management Group Inc. is the property manager.
