Oct. 13 Wind energy symposium is for Wisconsin manufacturers and suppliers

The Oct. 13 seminar “Wisconsin Wind Works,” to be held at the Frontier Airlines Center in downtown Milwaukee, aims to connect manufacturers in Wisconsin to the emerging wind energy industry.

The lunch presentation during the day-long event will include presentations from executives of Ingeteam and Vestas, two of the largest wind power system manufacturers. Ingeteam is now in the process of developing a manufacturing facility for the North American wind power market in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley.
