United Heartland, a New Berlin-based workers’ compensation insurance firm, has appointed Greg Donovan as vice president of operations. He will be responsible for leading the firm’s commitment to underwriting and loss control.
Donovan worked previously as vice president of marketing at Aon Risk Services in Milwaukee. He has also worked at firms such as HNI Company, Frank F. Haack & Associates, and Home Insurance Company.
