Hilmot Corp. recently leased 33,825 square feet of industrial space at W227 N764 Westmound Dr., Pewaukee, from Marek Printing. The company, which produces conveyor systems, is in the process of moving its headquarters to the facility from 2204 Badger Ct., Waukesha.
Adam Matson and Stephen Provancher of NAI MLG Commercial represented Hilmot and David Buckley and Kurt Van Dyke of Cassidy Turley Barry represented Marek Printing in brokering the lease.

The new location will double the space for Hilmot Corp, and allows it to consolidate three locations into one, said Matson.
