While entrepreneurs have traditionally worked to assemble a business plan and pull in capital over several months, Bernhard Schroeder insists today’s entrepreneurs can launch a successful business in no more than 90 days.
Schroeder, a seasoned advisor to entrepreneurs, details this lean approach to business building in his new book, “Fail Fast or Win Big: The Start-Up Plan for Starting Now.”
By using the “LeanModel Framework,” he explains, entrepreneurs can expedite the development of their businesses and cater to the demands of the fast-paced marketplace.
The framework consists of four related components – lean resources, business model, rapid prototyping and customer truth – that prime an entrepreneur to jump into the marketplace without overanalyzing or taking significant risk.
“…you’ll do more with less by creating a solid business model, rapidly creating a prototype of your product or service to test with customers, using fewer resources, and perhaps utilizing crowdfunding,” Schroeder writes.
“Fail Fast or Win Big” is available on www.amazon.com for $18.24, with additional pricing options for consumers.
