Milwaukee-based Mandel Group has entered into a seven-year agreement making Chantilly, Va.-based CORT the exclusive provider of rental furnishings for Mandel Group’s 20 apartment complexes in the Milwaukee area.
“Through this new partnership with CORT, we are joining the best luxury rental locations in Milwaukee with the finest rental furniture available nationwide,” said Don Lindeman, president of property management for the Mandel Group. “This combination will create an unforgettable experience for corporate transferees or anyone else seeking furnished housing in the region.”
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that it has donated more than $180,000 during the last year to various foundations in the Milwaukee and Chicago areas, including Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity.
The Real Estate Alliance for Charity (REACH) recently hosted its Annual Winter Gala. And presented $30,000 in donations to three charities ($10,000 each), The Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin, St. Coletta Day School and Variety: The Children’s Charity of Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers recently presented their annual awards. Susie Fondrie of Milwaukee-based Uihlein Wilson Architects received a Platinum Award, the Society’s highest honor, for her work on the Wisconsin Institutes of Discovery in Madison.
