- Saturday, Feb. 11 Sprecher Brewery will be transformed into Lou Zarโs Speakeasy for a 1920โs Valentineโs Day murder mystery dinner. The event will begin with a brewery tour followed by a 3-course themed dinner complete with Sprecher beers and gourmet sodas. During the dinner someone in the โfamilyโ gets murdered, mobsters appear and comic mayhem ensues. Guests are encouraged to hone their sleuthing skills because the killer could be anyone in the room. Tour will begin at 5 p.m. followed by the dinner at 5:30 and a cash bar from 8 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $60 per person and seating is limited. - Wednesday, Feb. 15 A Womenโs Focus Luncheon with key note speaker Gigi Pomerantz will be held at the Ozaukee Country Club, 10823 N. River Road in Mequon starting at 11:30 a.m. Pomerantz is a nurse practitioner who helped form YOUTHAITI organization to support and protect the environment and replenish soil, grow gardens, plant tree and help the communities in Haiti. - Friday, Feb. 17 Jerry Jendusa, CEO of EMTEQ corporation, will be the featured guest of the Independent Business Association of Wisconsinโs Breakfast which will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. at the Wisconsin Club, 900 W.
