William A. Nurthen has been named chief financial officer of Milwaukee-based ARI Network Services Inc.
He has more than 20 years of financial experience, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. Nurthen most recently served as CFO of Cabrera Capital Markets LLC.
Nurthen holds a master’s of business administration from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s from the University of Notre Dame. At ARI, Nurthen will manage the financial, risk and SEC compliance.

I believe that Bill is the right person to help update and implement the capital planning required to support our long term growth objectives,” said Roy W.
