Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. has been contracted to complete the design and construction of a 20,000-square-foot industrial building, with a 5,000-square-foot equipment mezzanine, for Jet Intermodal, Inc., located 1125 W. Waterford Ave. in Milwaukee. Briohn has also recently completed the construction of GE Healthcare’s relocation and expansion of their commercial kitchen facility and cafeteria, located at N16 W22419 Watertown Road in Waukesha.
Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. was contracted to design, engineer, and construct a 13,140 square foot addition to T-Lon Products Inc.’s facility in Hartland.
Construction of a new 33,000-square-foot performing arts center was completed recently at Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson. Milwaukee-based Plunkett Raysich Architects LLP is the designer for the project.
