Exhibit Systems to move to Brookfield

Exhibit Systems has moved from Menomonee Falls to a larger production and office facility in Brookfield.

The 46,000-square-foot Brookfield building at 12600 W. Burleigh Road has more than double the production area and showroom space of the company’s Menomonee Falls facility, where it has operated since 2006.

Work on the Brookfield building, which had been vacant for several years and was formerly occupied by Koconis Industries, began in August. The exterior received a complete facelift, and the building’s roof and parking lot were upgraded.

“We are thrilled to be moving into our new home, knowing the potential it presents for both our company and our customers,” said Dave Jentz, vice-president of Exhibit Systems. “We outgrew our existing space some time ago.”

Exhibit Systems produces exhibits and displays for trade shows, interiors and other events.

“This new facility will allow for expanded design and development of new, more creative ways of serving our customers’ trade show and exhibit needs,” Jentz said. “The move to our new Brookfield location culminates a long process of planning and preparation. Exhibit Systems will be well-positioned, both physically and strategically, for future growth and opportunities.”

The company grew by about 44 percent in 2012, driven by the addition of several new clients and the acquisition of competitor Green Tree Designs in Milwaukee, said president Dick Magliocco. Green Tree added new capabilities to Exhibit Systems’ offering, including custom wood fabrication, he said.

“Ultimately, why we continue to grow is truly our personalized customer service,” Magliocco said. “It’s the ongoing attention to detail and customer service.”

The company added four new employees as a result of the acquisition. Magliocco plans to hire another three to five employees this year.
