What has fueled your company’s growth? “CTS provides a purpose built, superior quality interactive kiosk product, with award-winning design and customer service levels that are rated highest in the industry. All this is done by an amazing staff of exceptionally talented and dedicated team members who are committed to building the best and being the best.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “As industry innovators, we often create new products and then have to wait for the market to catch up. Especially in some of the verticals we serve, the gap from early adopters to mainstream acceptance can be long, so we aren’t able to grow as quickly as we’d like.”
Do you plan to make any changes in your company in the coming months? “Yes – we will continue to add significantly to staff, especially as we spin off a new sister company in September that will focus on production of entry level products. As a premium level technology provider, CTS has found that some of our clients also need a less custom, more economical offering – but want the same high quality standards and support. We believe we can offer that to them with our new line of value-focused interactive products.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “The interactive and self-service industry is headed in a very positive direction. Businesses are all looking for ways to do more with less while still providing high levels of service to their clients. Our interactive kiosks allow them to do just that – provide quick, efficient service to those who prefer it, and then allow staff to provide more personalized service, without the pressure of lines and others waiting, to those who need extra attention.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy right now? “Keep doing what we’ve been doing and keep reaching for more.”
