The annual fundraising competition pools the talents and resources of some of Milwaukee’s most accomplished young professionals. Money collected benefits the foundation’s mission to raise awareness about cystic fibrosis and fund research toward a cure. The luncheon, part of an ongoing series headed by the press club, will explore current initiatives that are helping raise Milwaukee’s identity on a national level and will also look at what needs to be done in order to further elevate its brand across the country and world. A group of area journalists and executives will facilitate a Q&A on Milwaukee’s brand. The luncheon, open to the public, will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Foley & Lardner LLP, located on the 40th floor of the U.S. Bank Building at 777 E. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee.
