Diversified Insurance moves HQ from Waukesha to Brookfield
Diversified Insurance Services Inc. recently moved its corporate headquarters from a 17,000-square-foot building at W223 N608 Saratoga Dr., Waukesha, to 20,000 square feet of space in an office building at 100 N. Corporate Dr. in the Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center in the Town of Brookfield. “We are very fortunate to have been able to continue our growth, even in this recessionary economy," said chairman and chief executive officer James McCormack. "Our brand new state-of-the-art-facility features an advanced communications system, a high-tech conference room and training facility and many other features that will allow us to better serve our clients. The new offices will provide additional space for us to add new staff as we continue to venture into more value-added services for our clients."
Diversified sold its Waukesha building. The company has 80 employees in its headquarters and was out of room in Waukesha, said president Robert Sowinski.
"We had no room for growth," he said. "We were full up. We want to continue to grow the business and we just didn’t have any more space."
