Comprehensive Plan: In process of being developed. To be adopted by end of 2007.
Basic Process of Approval or Denial of a Development Plan:
• Developer meets with planner prior to submittal. Plans are submitted to city. Plans are reviewed by Plan Commission with recommendation to Council re: annexation, land use plan amendment, rezoning, plat, etc. (may be more than one meeting). Legal notices published if needed. Council considers development.
TIF Districts: TIF No. 1 has been closed. TIF No. 2 approved January 2007.

1) Pre-application fee for preliminary plat $125
2) Preliminary plat review fee/ CSM review fee $150 plus $6 per dwelling unit
3) Reapplication free for preliminary plat $75

5) Reapplication fee for final plat $40

Time Schedule for Plan Approval: Submit two weeks prior to Plan Commission which meets first Monday of month. Forward to Council. Publish notices if needed. Council meets second and last Mondays of month.
