“We signed a licensee agreement with a company in Switzerland called LSE-System AG for the restoration of drinking water, fire sprinkler and heating pipes.”
What’s new at your company?
“The water pipe restoration process. We used to be just a service plumbing company, and today we can offer the complete restoration of any residential, commercial and industrial buildings’ water pipes.”
Do you plan to hire any additional staff or make any significant capital investments in your company in the next year?
“Yes, we hope to invest in additional equipment to have the flexibility to run two crews of three people per team. We would also have to hire two additional people to work on the team.”
What will be your company’s main challenges in the next year?
“Making the public aware of this revolutionary process.”
What’s the hottest trend in your industry?
“With the LSE- System, you don’t have to tear out your pipes anymore! This means property owners won’t have loss of income and their residents can remain in their apartments during the process.”

“The Inventor of the LSE-System, Werner Naef. He is from Switzerland and has a very successful business throughout all of Europe and the Midwest. Werner Naef is truly a pioneer in the plumbing industry.”
What was the best advice you ever received?
“Do it right the first time! With the LSE-System, the customer will receive the best pipe restoration process in the world.”
What’s the funniest thing that ever happened to you in your career?
“When we received a service call to fish a woman’s dentures out of her toilet.”
What do you like to do in your free time?
“I enjoy working on my hobby farm in Muskego, raising my chickens and turkeys. I enjoy traveling with family.”
