The Willow Run Golf Course in Pewaukee has been sold.
An affiliate of Varin Realty LLC recently purchased the 140-acre Willow Run Golf Course at 26506 Golf Road, Pewaukee, from The Fairways Group LP. Varin Realty plans to continue operating the 18-hole golf course. Charlotte Zurn of MLG Commercial represented The Fairways Group LP and Karen Johnson and Christy Paddy of MLG Commercial represented Varin Realty in brokering the sale.
