Johnson Bank’s Brookfield location achieves LEED accreditation

Johnson Bank’s Brookfield office at 14000 W North Ave., which opened in June 2008, has achieved LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and Green Building Certification Institute.

The building was recognized for its site development, storm water management, water use reduction, use of natural lighting, thermal comfort and optimal energy performance.

“Johnson Bank’s LEED certification demonstrates tremendous green building leadership,” said Rick Fedrizzi, President, CEO & Founding Chair, U.S. Green Building Council. “The urgency of USGBC’s mission has challenged the industry to move faster and reach further than ever before, and Johnson Bank serves as a prime example with just how much we can accomplish.”
