Milwaukee-based Wipfli LLP, one of the top 25 CPA and consulting firms in the United States, has acquired Duluth, Minn.-based Eikill & Schilling Ltd.
“While Wipfli has served businesses in Minnesota for many years, joining forces with Eikill & Schilling will give our combined firm an even stronger physical presence in Minnesota,” said Rick Dreher, managing partner of Wipfli.

Eikill & Schilling was established in 1898 and serves companies in a wide range of industries with a special focus on nonprofit organizations and governmental entities. The firm has two offices in Minnesota and 31 partners and associates.
As a combined firm, Wipfli will have 22 offices in the United States.
