What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"Daily Cardo workout every day 20-30 minutes includes either LifeFitness cycle or Ellipictal Trainer; 10-20 minutes of Core exercises and stretching. Weight Training 3 times per week 1 hour. Yoga twice a week. Other activites include Golf & Tennis."

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"It allows one to have more energy over the course of the work day. The daily benefits allow one to enjoy the day not only at the office, but outside or after work – whether it be with family or friends, clients or co-workers. It also allows one to be aware of their eating habits and to establish healthier food intake over the course of the day."

"Everyone has their own level of health whether it be walking during lunch or healthier eating habits during the work day."

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"To not only establish a daily work-out regime, but to change or alter one’s eating habits. This needs to made part of a over-all life-style change and to incorporate this plan to your daily schedule. One should not "make time for" excercise, but to "be part of" your daily life."
