Weyco Group Inc. will expand its Glendale headquarters with a 52,000-square-foot mezzanine to accommodates the company’s continued growth.
Weyco is a leading manufacturer and marketer of men’s dress and casual shoes.
Weyco Group sells Nunn Bush, Stacy Adams, and Brass Boot brands in department, footwear, and specialty stores throughout the United States and Canada.
Weyco recently acquired The Combs Company, the owner of Bogs and Rafters footwear brands. The acquisition led to a need for expanded space at the company’s headquarters.
The Milwaukee office of Opus Development Corp. will construct the Weyco expansion. Construction on the project is expected to begin this month, with completion scheduled for July 2011.
