Rob Jacques has been promoted to president of West Bend Mutual Insurance.
Jacques has worked for West Bend Mutual for nearly 23 years. Previously he was senior vice president of commercial underwriting for 3 years. Before that he was vice president of commercial lines for 19 years.
He is a 1990 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
