What was the best deal you’ve ever been involved in: “M & I – relocating their trust division to approximately 65,000 square feet at One Park Plaza and approximately 100,000 square feet at the Milwaukee Center.”
What was the funniest moment of your career: “When I was just starting out in the commercial real estate industry, I took a prospective tenant on a tour of an office building. When I opened the door to a vacant office, we were all shocked to see the very over-exposed day porter and building maintenance guy in a very compromising position. Needless to say, the prospect decided not to lease space in that building.”
