What are you working on? "Right now, I am busy with various condominium projects, both residential and mixed-use. I am also working on various retail developments, including lease negotiations with various national retailers."

How does the market look to you? "I have seen no real slowdown in the market and am optimistic about the future."

What was the best deal you’ve ever been involved in? "Most recently, I have been involved in a retail shopping center development that included the client’s acquisition of the land, negotiations with the municipality, land division, leasing to multiple national retailers and the ultimate sale of the development."

What was the funniest moment of your career? "All of the comments I get about the photo that appears on our firm’s Web site (www.whdlaw.com/attorneys_paralegals/bio_display.aspωstaffid=55). When I became a shareholder and chair of the Real Estate Practice Group, I grew the goatee and took a new photo with the intent of looking older and serious. Those who know me, know I am far from serious, so people often comment that I should smile in my photo.”
