Waukesha State Bank has made two new appointments to its leadership team.
Vickie L. Volpano has been named to the board of directors. She is senior vice president and chief operating officer at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin Inc., the largest of the 165 independent Goodwill affiliates in North America. Volpano provides operations oversight and strategic direction for Goodwill’s mission services and operations. She joined Goodwill in 1986 and became the organization’s first COO in 2005.
Katie Hibbard has been promoted to bank manager at the Brookfield office on Capitol Drive. She is responsible for all aspects of daily operations, including business development, personnel, customer service, lending and relationship management and community service. Hibbard started at WSB as a teller in 2010 and eventually moved up to personal banker in 2012. She holds an associate’s degree in real estate from Waukesha County Technical College.
