Waterstone Mortgage recently opened its new corporate headquarters in Pewaukee at N25 W23255 Paul Road.
The company moved from its previous Pewaukee site at 1133 Quail Court.
During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Waterstone Mortgage president and chief executive officer Eric Egenhoefer was joined by members of the Waterstone Mortgage and Waterstone Bank executive teams, local government officials, including Waukesha County Executive Dan Vrakas and Waukesha County Board Chairman Paul Decker, key vendor partners and members of the Waukesha County Business Alliance and Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce.
The 56,000-square-foot headquarters was completely renovated and updated for Waterstone Mortgage by architectural and interior design firm Kahler Slater. Building features include a StoneCafé break room and outdoor patio area, a StoneCafé Express and 22 conference and huddle rooms to encourage employee collaboration.
“Our new corporate headquarters stands as a tangible symbol of our company’s growth over the last 13 years,” Egenhoefer said. “By combining cutting-edge technology and modern design to create a collaborative environment for our employees, we are building a strong foundation for continued growth in the years to come.”
