Waterstone Mortgage Corp. is expanding into the greater Milwaukee area with a new office in West Allis.
The company’s newest location will be at 10101 W. Greenfield Ave., inside the West Allis branch of WaterStone Bank. The West Allis team is led by sales manager Julie Zielinski, who was promoted to her new role after serving the company for 10 years as a top producing loan originator.
“We hope that being able to provide mortgage needs as well as banking needs will allow us to reach even more members of the greater Milwaukee community,” said Zielinski.
Zielinski, along with a senior mortgage consultant and two support staff, will make the move from the Waterstone Mortgage Pewaukee branch.
“We have developed wonderful client and business relationships in the Lake Country area over the past 10 years and now we are shifting our focus to Milwaukee County. We hope that our new, more centralized location in West Allis will allow us to assist a multitude of homeowners, not only in West Allis and Milwaukee, but also in Greenfield, Whitefish Bay, Franklin and other surrounding areas,” said Zielinski.
Waterstone Mortgage is based in Pewaukee and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wauwatosa-based Waterstone Bank SSB.
