WaterStone Bank names three new leaders

Wauwatosa-based WaterStone Bank has named two community president and an assistant vice president.

Becky Krueger is now community president of the Waukesha branch. She joined WaterStone in 2003 as a teller, and most recently served as assistant branch manager at the Wauwatosa office since 2011.

Shannon Loper is the new community president at the Oconomowoc/Lake County branch. She joined WaterStone in April 2013 as a personal banker, and most recently served as relationship banker. Loper previously worked as a service manager at Merrill Lynch from 2003 to 2006.

Kelli Glatczak has been promoted to assistant vice president of deposit servicing. She joined WaterStone in 1998 as a customer service representative and most recently served as deposit servicing manager.

“We feel it is very important to develop and promote from within our organization,” said Doug Gordon, president and chief executive officer of WaterStone Bank. “Becky, Shannon and Kelli have been outstanding employees that have earned these leadership positions at WaterStone and will make a positive impact in the communities we serve.”
