U.S. Bank provides financing for redevelopment of former Kenosha Target store

U.S. Bank announced that it is providing a $7 million construction loan to Menomonee Falls-based Continental Properties Company Inc. to finance the renovation of the former Target store in Southport Plaza, located at 75th Street and Green Bay Road in Kenosha.

The renovated property will occupied by a 50,000-square-foot Gordman’s store and a 30,000-square-foot Bed, Bath and Beyond store.

Construction on the site is underway and the work is expected to be complete in August.
